The grotto consists of several chambers: three on the ground floor and four on the upper level. While some cavities seem to be the result of natural erosion, others bear the marks of human work, attesting to an ancient occupation. Local legends speak of the presence of hermits, druids, or even the Good Cousins Charbonniers, a mysterious brotherhood that is said to have left its mark on these places.
