On a trip to the Villé valley, I was lucky enough to stop in Maisonsgoutte. After a pleasant hike, I decided to try the fun trail. It was a real pleasure solving riddles while discovering the village’s history. Every little corner had its own story, and the locals could not have been more welcoming. Then I visited the jam workshop, where I had the chance to taste home-made products that truly delighted my taste buds. A visit to the wood-fired distillery was another highlight of my trip, where I tasted a variety of artisanal fruit brandies that amazed me. The surroundings, with their lush nature, also tempted me to extend my walks. Every step brought me closer to the beauty of Alsace. My stay in Maisonsgoutte was a real breath of fresh air, where I could live the life I love in complete harmony with nature. It is here that the Alsatian art of living can be felt to the full, blending culture, nature and conviviality in perfect harmony.

Enzo

Hi, I'm Enzo! I'm the guy who loves lacing up his hiking boots to explore the rugged trails of the Vosges. Passionate about nature and photography, I take you along through articles that capture the scent of fir forests and the charm of mountain lakes. I live for those moments when the sun rises over the Haut-Koenigsbourg or when I stumble upon an authentic inn along the way. My goal? To inspire you to get out, breathe in the fresh Alsatian air, and always have a great spot for a tarte flambée to share at the end of the day.
