What makes the Zénith de Strasbourg special

Opened in 2008, the Zénith de Strasbourg can hold up to 12,079 spectators, making it the largest Zénith in France. What sets it apart is its location outside the city centre, right by the A351 motorway, which makes it easy to reach by car or by tram. The hall is also fully air-conditioned, which is very pleasant at summer concerts. The Zénith de Strasbourg has a high-quality stage and professional lighting, allowing artists to give their very best on stage. The acoustics are excellent, so audiences can fully enjoy the music.

The beauty of the Zénith de Strasbourg

The Zénith de Strasbourg is a concert hall in Eckbolsheim, in the Strasbourg metropolitan area. Opened in 2008, it was designed by architects Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas: its translucent orange membrane, which lights up at night, makes it look like a lantern. It is considered one of the most beautiful concert halls in France.

Since it opened, the Zénith de Strasbourg has hosted many concerts and shows by French and international artists.

The Zénith de Strasbourg is a spacious, light-filled concert hall. The acoustics are excellent, making it an ideal venue for concerts and shows. It also has a large car park (around 3,500 spaces) for visitors arriving by car.

Useful information and practical tips

Accommodation

Ideally you would look for somewhere to stay near the Zénith, but it is a long way from the city centre. However, the tram in Strasbourg runs until late at night, though less frequently. Either way, you will easily find hotels a little further out, closer to the city centre or the station.

Food and drink

You will find stalls inside the Zénith for a quick bite! For more varied and more affordable menus, pop into the restaurants in the city centre.
