Recently, I had the chance to spend a weekend in Neuhaeusel with friends. We hired bikes from a small shop – pure bliss! Cycling through the fields while admiring the green landscapes and the typical little houses was an incredible experience. We also took part in a glass-blowing workshop, a memorable creative moment. In the evening, we settled on the terrace of a small local restaurant, where we enjoyed a tarte flambée with a local wine. It was a real feast! The warmth of the locals made it all the more authentic. The next day, we took a trip to Strasbourg to see its magnificent cathedral. It was a short stay, but every moment spent in Neuhaeusel was filled with discoveries and laughter. Hi, I'm Enzo! I'm the guy who loves lacing up his hiking boots to explore the rugged trails of the Vosges. Passionate about nature and photography, I take you along through articles that capture the scent of fir forests and the charm of mountain lakes. I live for those moments when the sun rises over the Haut-Koenigsbourg or when I stumble upon an authentic inn along the way. My goal? To inspire you to get out, breathe in the fresh Alsatian air, and always have a great spot for a tarte flambée to share at the end of the day.
