A medieval and mouth-watering atmosphere
For two days, the Cour du Château in Wasselonne will resound with medieval music and dancing. Around a hundred stallholders will offer gift and decoration ideas and, of course, the essential Christmas “Bredle” and other sweet treats – true culinary gems of the region.
Visitors can also enjoy a friendly refreshment bar and food stalls run by local Wasselonne associations. Maennele are sold from a little chalet in aid of the Téléthon charity.
Entertainment for the whole family
This Christmas market is about more than just browsing the stalls. Music, dancing and medieval entertainment will punctuate your visit – the perfect way to step back into the fascinating world of the Middle Ages for a weekend.
Children and adults alike will find something to enjoy: you can write your letter to Father Christmas on an old typewriter or go for a pony ride.
