During my visit to Geiswiller, I was charmed by the authenticity of this little village. We began our day with a visit to the Jewish-Alsatian Museum in Bouxwiller, where I learned so many things I didn’t know about this community. Then we spent an afternoon exploring the surrounding trails. The countryside was incredibly beautiful, and I had the chance to spot a few bird species I had always wanted to see. In the evening, we had dinner in a small inn; the choucroute was wonderfully prepared and served with a superb Alsace white wine. Every moment spent in Geiswiller was full of discoveries and warm exchanges with the locals. If you are planning a break in Alsace, don’t miss Geiswiller, a little-known gem that deserves to be explored.
Enzo
Hi, I'm Enzo! I'm the guy who loves lacing up his hiking boots to explore the rugged trails of the Vosges. Passionate about nature and photography, I take you along through articles that capture the scent of fir forests and the charm of mountain lakes. I live for those moments when the sun rises over the Haut-Koenigsbourg or when I stumble upon an authentic inn along the way. My goal? To inspire you to get out, breathe in the fresh Alsatian air, and always have a great spot for a tarte flambée to share at the end of the day.
