For my part, a few years ago, I had the chance to visit the Colmar market, and the sight of its illuminated chalets, with a slight falling snow, remains engraved in my memory. I enjoyed a tarte flambée accompanied by a glass of hot wine, while admiring the beauty of the illuminated Alsatian houses, a scene one might believe was taken from a movie.
