- 250 g of flour
- 125 ml of water
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 50 g of butter
- 1 onion
- 100 g of smoked bacon
- 200 ml of cream

- Preheat the oven to 210°C.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, salt, and butter.
- Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Peel and thinly slice the onion.
- Spread the onion on the dough.
- Cut the smoked bacon into small cubes and distribute them over the dough.
- Cover with cream.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
